Eligibility
All participants are required to pick up their bib numbers in person at the Marathon Expo held at RAI Amsterdam during the specified dates and times. Remember to bring a valid photo ID when collecting your bib number. If you're unable to attend, someone else can collect it on your behalf, provided they have the confirmation email.

If you choose to cancel your registration, the entry fee is non-refundable. However, Le Champion members who cancel before September 1, 2025, are eligible for a refund of the registration fee and additional orders (excluding donations). A €2.50 administration fee will be deducted from the refund. After this date, refunds are not available, even for Le Champion members.
If you're unable to participate, you have the option to transfer your registration to another individual. This can be done through your personal dashboard by assigning your ticket to someone else. Transfers are permitted until October 16, 2025, at 2:00 PM. It's important to note that changes made after September 5, 2025, will not be reflected on the physical bib number or in the start section classification. This is free.
